Support Programs and Auditions by coordinating concert production, artist services, stage management, event logistics, and administrative tasks. Serve as primary contact for audition applicants, manage scheduling and on-site audition operations, draft program materials, communicate with venues and vendors, prepare reporting, and assist the Director on projects and special events.

Support Director of Education & Community Engagement to plan and run education and community programs (masterclasses, in-school presentations, residencies), manage ticketing/RSVPs, assist with logistics, data entry, program evaluation, and accompany artists to events in NYC and occasional DC engagements. Part-time, hybrid role.

Provide administrative and fundraising support for the Development team: manage gift acknowledgments and donor communications, maintain donor records and research prospects in Neon One, support mailings and e-communications, assist planning and execution of events and stewardship for patron groups, track expenses and departmental systems, and provide support to senior development staff. Role includes occasional evenings/weekends and hybrid onsite work in Manhattan.
