Leads accounting and finance operations for a precision manufacturing company, including GAAP reporting, month-end close, cost accounting, internal controls, cash flow, inventory valuation, and ERP accuracy. Partners with Operations to analyze production costs, margins, scrap, and efficiencies. Oversees process improvements, financial systems, inventory controls, and accounting staff while advising company leadership on financial performance, risks, profitability, and cash flow.

Support and coordinate PPAPs and FAATs, manage APQP activities, apply SPC and lean/continuous improvement tools, analyze manufacturing processes, lead sampling/inspection, interface with customers/vendors, present improvement plans, and manage multiple quality projects using project management software.
