Deliver in-person, virtual, and in-program training; coach and mentor staff; assess training needs and improve curriculum; manage training records, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance; maintain and update LMS and provide technical assistance to programs.

Lead enterprise-wide communications and marketing strategy, maintain brand standards, produce digital and print materials, manage websites and social media, oversee donor communications and database, coordinate public relations, and provide cross-departmental communications support and policy administration.
