Manage a 66-unit affordable housing community, including rent collection, late notices, leasing, applicant processing, subsidy certification paperwork, staff supervision, timecard approval, and property oversight. The role serves a diverse resident population, including formerly homeless and disabled clients, while maintaining a safe, clean, functional environment. Candidates need property management experience, strong administrative and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Yardi and Rent Cafe experience is preferred.
