Develops, improves, troubleshoots, and stabilizes manufacturing processes for wire and cable products. Responsibilities include process design, documentation, statistical analysis, DOE, equipment upgrades, qualification plans, prototyping, capital equipment planning, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, production, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and customers while supporting new product development, ISO 9001 compliance, Kaizen events, and team-based problem solving.
