Provide customer service and process orders by phone and walk-in; source and procure non-stock PVF items; coordinate jobsite deliveries; maintain vendor relationships; make order-fulfillment decisions; follow safety and environmental protocols while performing physical warehouse duties.

Perform warehouse duties to support logistical initiatives: receive, pick, and deliver PVF products; provide customer service; follow safety and environmental procedures; operate material-handling equipment; support sales staff and complete special projects as directed.
