Mid-level litigation associate responsible for managing complex commercial, insurance, financial services, or products liability matters. Duties include drafting briefs, handling depositions, arguing motions, interfacing with clients, and supporting trial teams. Requires independent case ownership with mentorship from senior attorneys and aims for advancement to equity partnership.

Work with firm attorneys on legal research and writing across practice areas (commercial litigation, insurance, environmental/toxic tort, pharmaceutical/medical device, product liability, securities). Participate in pro bono and firm events. Strong performance may lead to a second-year clerkship or full-time associate offer.

Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to litigation attorneys, prepare and file pleadings and discovery in state and federal courts, assist with trial preparation and document management, manage calendars and travel, process expenses, handle mail and communications, and provide interim coverage for other legal assistants.
