Leads economic development initiatives involving business attraction, retention, incentives, workforce programs, and strategic planning. Evaluates projects, conducts financial and economic impact analyses, administers incentive agreements and programs, manages budgets and performance tracking, and prepares recommendations for the board and public officials. Supervises staff, coordinates cross-functional partners, supports organizational leadership, and builds relationships with businesses, developers, government agencies, and community stakeholders.

Leads municipal strategy, executive coordination, policy development, budgeting, fiscal oversight, regulatory compliance, community engagement, interdepartmental collaboration, and crisis response. Partners with the City Manager, City Council, department directors, residents, businesses, and community organizations to advance city priorities, improve operations, manage resources, and deliver major initiatives.
