Lead architecture and development of Zephyr RTOS-based firmware on ARM Cortex-M for networked audio products. Own BSP, drivers, middleware, networking and audio stacks, secure boot and firmware signing, CI/CD and testing. Collaborate with hardware, DSP, application teams and external partners to deliver production-ready, maintainable embedded platform across multiple products.

Lead global accounts receivable, credit, collections, cash application, and order-to-cash operations. Evaluate customer creditworthiness, set credit policies, manage AR aging, DSO, bad debt reserve, collections, cash forecasting, and reporting. Oversee ERP/process improvements, ensure compliance, and lead and mentor the AR/Credit team.
