Provide front-desk customer service and office administration while supporting accounting and operations. Perform accounts payable entry and reconciliation, vendor and subcontractor documentation, month-end support, data entry, filing, travel coordination, internal communications, and process improvements to ensure accurate financial processing and efficient office operations.

Manage project financials from award through closeout: job costing, variance analysis, dashboards and reports, contract administration, project setup in LIMS/QuickBooks/B2W, internal controls, and operational support to improve profitability and reporting accuracy.
