Build customer relationships, assess buyer needs, explain vehicle features and options, conduct professional demonstrations, manage showroom and internet leads, follow up with buyers, overcome objections, and pursue referral business. The role requires strong customer service, sales motivation, professional presentation, evening and weekend availability, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Engage prospective customers through phone, text, email, and online inquiries; build relationships, promote Cadillac vehicles, schedule and confirm sales appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with the sales team to support a seamless customer experience, develop product knowledge, and meet individual and team performance goals. Training is provided, and automotive experience is not required.
