Manage accounting for mega or multiple large construction projects: process and review subcontracts, change orders, lien waivers, and invoices; maintain cost reports and monthly P&L, produce owner billings, monitor cash flow and A/R, perform cost transfers, and independently run accounting operations for large projects.

Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting and forecasting; oversee safety and quality control; manage change orders, critical subcontractors and Project Engineers; resolve labor, materials and contract issues; and maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management on the DFW Terminal F construction project.
