Oversee project P&L coordination, cost forecasting, owner billing, subcontractor accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable collections, journal entries, legal documentation, and project closeout for large construction projects. Mentor project accounting staff, communicate findings to operations and accounting leadership, represent the company in owner and joint venture meetings, and ensure costs and billings are recorded accurately and timely.

Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple transportation construction projects, including processing subcontracts/change orders, collecting lien waivers and invoices, ensuring accruals and payments, preparing and reviewing monthly project P&Ls, processing cost transfers, and assisting with owner billings and client/subcontractor communications.

Support water-division construction projects through document control, daily coordination, procurement, QC/QA checks, subcontractor and equipment management, surveying and layout, safety oversight, progress reporting, and project estimating.

Process and maintain accounts payable for the Transportation Group: perform data entry, prepare and process checks, use WGIP scanning system, reconcile vendor statements, verify invoice approvals, handle vendor inquiries, and complete special projects as assigned.

Manage low-voltage construction project (DFW Terminal F) overseeing costs, schedules, engineering, personnel, contracts, QA/QC, forecasting, safety coordination, client relationships, staffing strategy, problem resolution, and project close-out.

Create and maintain project schedules for data center construction, analyze schedule impacts and costs, lead scheduling meetings, perform claim mitigation and time-impact analyses, forecast budgets with accounting, and prepare regular schedule and risk reports for project teams.

Lead MEP scopes for large data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Coordinate design development, constructability reviews, and clash detection. Oversee installation of critical systems (power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, chilled water, CRAHs/CRACs, fire protection, BMS/EPMS). Manage schedules, procurement, budgets, QA/QC, commissioning/IST, owner training, and closeout documentation while interfacing with owners, AHJs, and commissioning agents and mitigating technical risks to redundancy and reliability.

Manage accounting for mega or multiple large construction projects: process subcontracts, invoices, lien waivers, owner billings, cost transfers, monthly P&Ls, and monitor project cash flow while coordinating with project staff and accounting leadership.

Manage development and maintenance of project schedules for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor. Create baseline schedules, perform critical path and time-impact analyses, handle change documentation, forecast budget impacts, lead scheduling meetings, support claims and mitigations, and produce regular reports using Primavera P6.

Manage project accounting for construction projects: process subcontracts, change orders, lien waivers, and invoices; ensure accurate accruals and payments; prepare and review project P&Ls, cost transfers, and monthly owner billings; monitor cash flow and perform site cost report reviews.
