Lead financial oversight for a service group: coordinate P&Ls, prepare business plans and narrative reports, manage accounting for claims, mentor staff, design analytical reports, represent the company in owner meetings, and ensure job compliance through frequent site visits.

Support project planning, scheduling, safety and quality control, budget forecasting, change order and subcontractor management. Oversee project engineers, resolve labor/material/contract issues, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools.

Works independently and partners with project staff, Accounting Manager, and Controller.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project scheduling systems (WBS, activity codes, critical path). Coordinate with project teams to create, update, and analyze schedules, identify variances, recommend change management, and run recovery workshops. Prepare schedule status and corrective action reports and monitor productivity against plans.

Support transportation construction projects through document control, daily coordination, procurement, QC/QA, subcontractor coordination, survey/layout, progress documentation, equipment and safety management, and project estimating.

Manage project P&L for large construction projects, lead cost forecasting, owner billing, cost report review, AR collection, job closeout, and mentor project accounting staff while coordinating with operations and legal.

Create and maintain project schedules for a major bridge corridor project using scheduling best practices and software. Assess schedule risk and impacts, analyze changes and costs, document delays and change orders, lead scheduling meetings, produce regular reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and perform claim mitigation and time-impact analyses.
