Creates specialized graphics, layouts, proposals, presentations, signage, advertisements, and marketing collateral. Manages financial operations for the Water Division, including P&L coordination, issue and overhead reviews, business planning, report preparation, and analytical reporting. Acts as a liaison between accounting, legal, regional leadership, and project teams; supports claims, owner meetings, and compliance visits. Leads training and development, mentors staff, and communicates financial performance and major issues to executives. Requires 50% travel to project and job sites.

Oversee project P&L coordination, cost forecasting, owner billing, subcontractor accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable collections, journal entries, legal documentation, and project closeout for large construction projects. Support project planning, scheduling, safety and quality control, budget forecasting, change order and subcontractor management. Oversee project engineers, resolve labor/material/contract issues, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools.
