Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, time and attendance, payroll support, unemployment claims, FMLA and workers’ compensation administration. Maintain confidential records, coordinate drug testing and documentation, conduct orientations, support Spanish-speaking employees, and represent the company in recruitment events and unemployment hearings. The role requires regular weekday work, occasional late evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
