Balances cash drawers, researches discrepancies, maintains transactional records, and follows credit union policies, regulations, and security procedures. Provides friendly member service, explains and cross-sells financial products, maintains teller supplies, handles night depository bags, and reports equipment issues. Requires cash-handling experience, strong interpersonal and clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under stress.
