Leads the Chamber’s regional workforce and talent strategy, aligning employer, education, and training partners to improve skilled talent pipelines. Oversees workforce data, talent attraction initiatives, employer support, stakeholder collaboration, events, fundraising support, budgets, performance measurement, and reporting. Builds strategic partnerships, develops career pathways and training solutions, supports economic development efforts, and manages the Director of Workforce and Talent Strategies through coaching and performance leadership.
