Oversee financial operations for a $5M nonprofit, including budgeting, reporting, cash flow, revenue cycle management, payer contracting, grants and restricted funds, audits, internal controls, and vendor oversight. Supervise a part-time finance assistant and manage third-party accounting and medical billing vendors. Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to leadership and the board to ensure sustainability and compliance with GAAP, payer, and regulatory requirements.
