Support the Client Relations Manager by building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating internal teams, providing administrative and event support, producing communications and promotional materials, managing digital platforms (Mailchimp, social media), producing an annual promotional video and quarterly webinars, maintaining visual asset library, and managing branded inventory.

Provide administrative support to the legal department including calendar and court scheduling, mail and filing, preparing and proofreading legal documents, client and professional communications, and general office tasks.
