Provides administrative and technical support for power infrastructure projects. Prepares work packages, maintains production and milestone reports, tracks permits and work orders, edits CAD drawings and PDFs, researches right-of-way requirements, interprets field information, and supports project coordination and closeout. Collaborates with engineers, designers, field technicians, supervisors, clients, and municipalities while ensuring accurate documentation, timely deliverables, and adherence to project metrics.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end and year-end close, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, project profitability analysis, and audit support. The role also monitors time and expense reporting, supports accounting system upgrades, resolves discrepancies, and ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies. This primarily on-site position requires independent prioritization, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Provides frontline IT help desk support for internal users through phone, email, chat, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, servers, accounts, and peripherals; performs new-hire setups, maintenance, upgrades, documentation, asset management, and user training. Escalates complex issues, supports infrastructure security and reliability, and collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams. The role is primarily onsite in Perrysburg, Ohio, with occasional evening and weekend work.
