Support mining-water studies throughout the mine lifecycle, automate modeling workflows with Python, collaborate with multidisciplinary geoscience teams, participate in fieldwork and safety planning, and assist with proposals, budgets, client communications, and project planning.

Manage day-to-day Halifax office administration, including reception, vendors, supplies, events, travel arrangements, shipments, onboarding, IT and AV coordination, invoices, credit card reconciliations, files, and workspace planning. Support a positive office culture while collaborating with building management, vendors, IT, administrative teams, and staff. Maintain organized, high-quality work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
