Supports daily accounting operations with emphasis on accounts payable and receivable. Processes invoices and payments, performs three-way matching, manages vendor records, issues customer invoices, applies payments, follows up on overdue balances, reconciles bank and credit-card accounts, assists with GST remittances, and supports journal entries and month-end close activities.

Provide front-line technical support for lithium battery and solar energy storage products through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnose product, configuration, and performance issues; manage escalations, root-cause analysis, warranty claims, RMAs, and replacement logistics. Maintain case documentation, train customers and installers, support knowledge-base updates, and provide product feedback to Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations teams. Assist junior representatives and contribute to service process improvements.

Conduct competitive, market, and regulatory research across public and internal sources. Triangulate signals, assess source reliability, and synthesize findings into executive briefs, dashboards, and recommendations. Partner with sales, product, strategy, and leadership to support active decisions, while administering intelligence trackers, source libraries, and research platforms. The role requires strong analytical judgment, polished executive communication, self-direction, and familiarity with energy storage or clean-energy markets.

Maintain accurate product, pricing, SKU, specification, and vendor data across NetSuite, websites, marketing materials, and internal systems. Review and resolve inconsistencies, coordinate updates and product launches, support pricing and margin analysis, answer cross-functional product questions, and improve data standards, documentation, and processes across the organization.

Drives revenue across OEM and aftermarket channels through new customer acquisition, technical solution selling, account growth, and retention. Manages the full sales cycle, consults with engineering and procurement teams, designs application-specific battery solutions, identifies expansion opportunities, and builds long-term relationships with executive and technical decision-makers. The role requires extensive travel throughout the Montreal territory and surrounding areas.
