Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, conduct site visits, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, provide post-sale support, and develop territory plans to grow accounts in mining, cement, ports, and aggregate industries.

Lead sales, development, and marketing of specialty conveyor belt products. Manage belt inspection services, product design coordination, client technical support, and North America field engagements. Supervise and mentor the Special Products team, produce technical inspection reports, and maintain sales forecasts and budgets while collaborating with production, R&D, and marketing to drive product growth.

Support marketing functions including inventory management, SKU pricing support, event planning and execution, print and digital marketing production, vendor coordination, and competitive market analysis to drive brand visibility and sales.
