Supports audits, database maintenance, staff training, process improvement, cross-training, and departmental coverage. The role also contributes to payment modernization initiatives such as FedNow, RTP, and automation while safeguarding sensitive financial information.

Produces polished print and digital marketing materials across multiple channels, adapts campaign concepts, prepares production-ready files, manages revisions, applies brand standards, and supports social media and campaign execution. Works independently as a contractor while managing multiple deadlines, incorporating feedback, and maintaining strong quality control, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
