Support project delivery by preparing and analyzing financials, providing technical engineering guidance, performing document control (RFIs, submittals), assisting with plan/spec analysis, resolving field issues, and conducting QA checks. Help with project close-out and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements.

Process approved invoices accurately, prioritize high-volume workflow to meet deadlines, manage vendor and inter-office invoice issues, support accounting controls to reduce errors, verify/manage workflows from other area offices, and provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and reception backup.

Provide day-to-day administration and first-line support for HSE software and SharePoint, produce KPI reports and dashboards, validate data, manage user access and configurations, assist testing and rollouts, maintain process documentation and SOPs, and coordinate project actions, stakeholder communications, and vendor issue resolution to improve HSE systems and reporting.

Lead BIM and 3D model coordination for mechanical/process scopes, perform technical reviews, manage P&ID/shop drawing coordination, resolve constructability issues with subcontractors, attend site for field assessments, and drive systems through Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning to turnover.

Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried employees, manage hires/changes/terminations, handle Quebec payroll and union remittances, perform payroll accounting, reconciliations and reporting, assist year-end processes, respond to employee inquiries, and support other payroll functions as needed.
