Lead and manage SOC operations as the service delivery SME. Oversee incident response, escalations, daily operations, KPI/SLA reporting, security implementations for on‑prem and site environments, drive automation and continuous improvement, support RFP/business development, and coach/recruit/train team members.

Coordinate and track ICAT building systems across planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and owner training. Manage documents (RFIs, submittals), monitor onsite progress and telecom room readiness, support cost tracking and change management, and maintain stakeholder relationships while developing project tracking tools and reports.

Plan and manage mechanical, electrical and IT scopes on construction projects from planning through commissioning. Prepare schedules, billings, cost monitoring, review changes, lead meetings, liaise with clients, ensure compliance, and manage commissioning, testing, verification and training to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Prepare month-end and external financial reporting, manage year-end audits, produce joint-venture financial packages, perform technical accounting research and analysis, identify and implement controls and process improvements, and support special projects such as due diligence and accounting system conversions.

Design, implement, and scale enterprise talent programs (leadership development, succession planning, performance and competency frameworks). Build processes, run pilots, measure impact, create training/guidance, facilitate talent reviews, enable managers, and partner with People & Culture and business leaders to align talent initiatives with organizational priorities.

Provide L1–L2.5 IT support for hardware, software, and networks; manage imaging/provisioning of devices; configure and maintain jobsite network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless, VoIP, cameras, DMZ); coordinate IT services for jobsites; maintain records in ServiceNow; perform project deployment tasks and assist with corporate network maintenance; follow IT/security policies and contribute to SOPs. On-call and travel between sites required.

Lead development of design proposals for P3 and design-build projects; manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants; ensure compliance with RFP requirements, budgets, schedules, and logistics; produce technical submissions and drawing packages; support estimating and manage consultant contracts while maintaining client relationships.
