Performs functional and non-functional quality assurance for IBM i finance and ERP applications. Creates and maintains test plans, cases, and data; conducts manual, automated, performance, REST API, and microservices testing; troubleshoots issues using SQL; performs root cause analysis; supports end users; reviews development specifications; and mentors QA team members.

Supports integrated marketing campaign planning and execution across digital, media, events, and other channels. Designs, implements, modernizes, and supports enterprise hybrid infrastructure across Windows Server, Azure, VMware, Citrix, identity, virtualization, and storage platforms. Leads cloud migrations, infrastructure architecture, Infrastructure as Code, automation, patching, governance, monitoring, security hardening, disaster recovery, and operational improvement. Serves as a senior escalation point, develops technical standards and documentation, supports resilience initiatives, and collaborates with application, network, database, security, and infrastructure teams.

Performs balance sheet and income statement analysis, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, cost allocations, invoicing, receivables follow-up, and payables support. Assists with month-end reporting and external audits by preparing working papers and documentation.
