Leads airline network and market planning, commercial forecasting, route profitability analysis, schedule and aircraft deployment decisions, and strategic growth evaluations. Builds financial models and business cases, analyzes demand and competitive data, establishes performance KPIs, and supports partnerships, government-supported air service proposals, fleet planning, and senior leadership decisions. Collaborates with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Crew Planning, airports, communities, and commercial partners.

Provide hands-on IT support for airport stations, hangars, and offices: troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, deploy and maintain Microsoft 365/Azure AD endpoints, support aviation systems and VOIP, manage accounts/onboarding, assist with automation/API integrations and AI tools, document tickets and KB articles, and provide on-call/after-hours operational support.

Lead strategic initiatives by analyzing flight operations, maintenance, dispatch, and crew data to identify efficiency improvements. Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform operational strategy.

Provide executive HR leadership to align people strategy with company goals. Oversee recruiting, training, HR operations, compliance (employment law, DOT/FAA, workers' comp), compensation and benefits programs, performance management, HR budgeting, and talent metrics. Partner with executive team to drive organizational design, culture, and high-performance practices.

Lead FP&A functions including annual budgeting, long-range planning, dynamic financial modeling, performance analysis, KPI tracking, executive reporting, FP&A process automation, M&A and scenario modeling, and manage a small team of financial analysts to support strategic growth and operational excellence.
