Support advancement and communications by managing donor database and gift processing, reconciling gifts, preparing donor materials, maintaining digital communications (HubSpot, website, social), assisting with events and Board logistics, and providing administrative and data reporting support to fundraising and communications leadership.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks; perform reconciliations and month/quarter/year-end closings; generate financial statements and budget variance reports; process biweekly payroll and respond to employee payroll questions; support audits, compliance (GAAP/IFRS), tax filings, and general finance operations; create and maintain finance process documentation and knowledge resources.
