Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across multiple locations: source candidates, manage applicant tracking and recruitment platforms, communicate with applicants and managers, schedule interviews and orientations, advise on hiring policy and compensation, assist job fairs, maintain recruitment metrics, and support HR managers to ensure timely hire completion and accurate personnel documentation.

Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and minor repair of computer hardware and software; track inventory and standardize software; diagnose and resolve system issues; train users and document procedures; answer user inquiries and refer major hardware faults to service personnel.

Lead regional sales and operations to meet annual sales, margin, and expense P&Ls. Implement promotional pricing and merchandising, ensure full product distribution, supervise and train sales and warehouse staff, manage budgets, audit field execution, maintain product quality and regulatory compliance, and drive customer relationships to increase market share.
