Creates and manages branded visual content across digital, print, social media, video, advertising, branch, event, and internal communication channels. Develops campaign concepts, templates, short-form videos, and educational content while maintaining brand consistency, accessibility, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, leadership, and other departments; manages creative assets, reviews messaging, and delivers multiple assignments on deadline.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including complex calendar management, preparing correspondence and board materials, coordinating meetings and travel, taking minutes, managing board governance documentation, conducting research, and coordinating special projects while maintaining confidentiality and proactive executive support.
