Lead end-to-end planning, logistics, and budgeting for assigned events (conferences, AGM, Pow Wow). Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and progress, manage on-site execution, and produce post-event analysis and reports. Requires flexible schedule, travel, and stakeholder engagement.

Provide financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and advisory support to senior management. Support strategic planning, program evaluation, performance measurement, risk and expenditure management. Improve financial processes and systems, prepare reports and business cases, and support evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

Provide organized administrative, operational, technical, and logistical support to a department and manager. Maintain relationships with local service agencies, track and report statistics, locate Indigenous community resources, and support families. Perform office management duties, travel as required, and follow management direction while meeting strict deadlines.
