Lead and manage the new-vehicle sales department: forecast goals and budgets, train and motivate sales staff, ensure compliance, drive customer follow-up and delivery standards, oversee merchandising/advertising, process commissions, review inventory mix, and support sales and F&I performance.

Sell and deliver vehicles while guiding customers through selection, demonstrations, test drives, financing coordination, documentation, and delivery. Build customer relationships, maintain CRM follow-up, develop repeat and referral business, prepare vehicles, support post-delivery needs, and meet a 12-unit monthly sales standard. The role requires weekend availability, manufacturer training, outdoor work, lifting up to 40 pounds, and in-person work in Pampa, Texas.
