Lead customer projects, define product specifications, guide engineering optimization, assess feedstocks, and ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, repeatability, and regulatory compliance. Manage certification pathways including REACH, CE marking, DIBt approvals, and EN/DIN standards. Coordinate R&D, engineering, operations, customers, sales, and business development while shaping the product portfolio from prototypes through commercial offerings.
