Lead system safety engineering activities for hardware and software across defense/marine/aerospace programs: develop SSPP, PHA, FHA, SSHA, SAR; perform hazard analyses and FTA; define safety requirements; support design/test reviews; ensure compliance with MIL‑STD‑882E and environmental standards (REACH, RoHS).

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of engineering solutions for underwater acoustic systems. Provide senior technical expertise, mentor engineers, support project planning and configuration management, manage risk and quality, liaise with clients and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Provides financial oversight for assigned projects from setup through closeout. Responsibilities include maintaining project accounts, monitoring budgets and expenditures, preparing financial reports and forecasts, investigating variances and billing discrepancies, supporting audits, maintaining compliance records, and improving project accounting processes and controls. The role partners with project managers and finance teams to support accurate financial decisions and delivery within approved budgets.

Lead planning and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support for naval systems across lifecycle. Perform LSA activities (RAM, FMECA, LORA, MTA), integrate ILS into design, produce ILS deliverables, support proposals, manage spares/maintenance analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure supportability and compliance.
