Direct and supervise hotel financial operations, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting, cash controls, budgets, capital expenditure oversight, accounts receivable management, reconciliations, and executive-level financial analysis and communication with ownership and corporate offices.

Drive group revenue by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value corporate, association, and social group business. Manage hotel receivables: post and reconcile city ledger and credit card payments, bill and collect outstanding accounts, maintain cash and credit logs, reconcile nightly audit receivables, set up accounts per credit policy, and support Controller with financial reporting and reconciliations.

Oversee and direct all hotel financial activities, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, safeguard assets, manage budgets and capital expenditures, control accounts receivable and inventories, perform audits and reconciliations, provide financial analysis to management and ownership, enforce corporate SOPs, and supervise finance department staff.

Manage and grow group sales accounts to achieve revenue goals for rooms, food & beverage, and room rental. Solicit new business via prospecting, presentations, contracts, and negotiations; coordinate internal departments to service accounts; attend trade shows and industry events; prepare reports and lead sales-related meetings.
