Assist the Director of Finance in hotel financial operations: prepare financial statements, manage accounting staff and night audit, control expenditures and labor, oversee accounts receivable and cash deposits, reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensure SOP and tax compliance, and train department associates.

Lead and supervise the hotel's financial operations including accounting, budgeting, cash control, AR management, capital expenditure oversight, financial reporting, audits, and executive committee participation. Provide analysis, ensure compliance with laws and corporate SOPs, communicate financial status to ownership and corporate, and manage finance department staff and controls.

Oversee all HR functions for the hotel including recruiting, training, benefits administration, compliance with state and federal laws, employee relations, performance appraisals, labor/union relations, and pre-employment screening to support departmental staffing and guest service goals.

Provide administrative support to the Sales team: take booking inquiries, prepare contracts and correspondence, answer phones, handle VIP reservations, distribute and file documents, coordinate with other departments, maintain records and filing systems, and perform other clerical duties to support timely hotel sales operations and guest service.

Support the Director of Sales in managing hotel sales operations: lead and coach sales staff, develop and solicit accounts, create proposals and contracts, conduct presentations and market outreach, coordinate client event requirements with departments, and assist with hiring, training, and performance management.

Sell and manage group accounts to meet room, food/beverage, and rental revenue goals. Prospect, present, negotiate, and close group business; coordinate internal departments to service accounts; attend trade shows and community events; prepare reports, contracts, and client correspondence; maintain market knowledge and participate in sales meetings.

Support the Director of Finance by managing accounting functions, producing timely financial statements, monitoring budgets, overseeing A/R and cash flow, reconciling balance sheet accounts, scheduling and training accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with finance SOPs and tax/record-retention requirements.

Sell and manage group accounts to achieve revenue goals across rooms, food & beverage, and room rental. Prospect, present, negotiate, close business, coordinate hotel departments, attend trade shows, and maintain client relationships while tracking opportunities and reporting.

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support for a hotel: greet employees, administer benefits and enrollments, assist recruiting and interview scheduling, maintain records and applicant logs, distribute paychecks, ensure employment eligibility verification, support associate relations and recognition programs, and assist HR leadership with AAP and compliance tasks.

Lead hotel financial operations including reporting, budgeting, cash and capital expenditure control, accounts receivable, audits, and compliance. Advise General Manager and corporate ownership, participate on the Executive Committee, manage finance staff, enforce SOPs, and perform financial analysis and policy interpretation to safeguard assets and optimize profitability.
