Provide high-touch executive support to Senior Leadership while managing daily corporate office operations. Manage hotel catering accounts, solicit new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve revenue goals for catering, food, beverage, room rental, and audiovisual services. Responsibilities include forecasting, yield management, market research, negotiating, site inspections, client presentations, event coordination, vendor collaboration, and maintaining sales records. The role also oversees sold catering events and supports repeat business through strong client service and networking.

The Director of Finance leads hotel financial and accounting activities, safeguards assets, prepares GAAP-compliant reports, and supports executive decision-making. Responsibilities include budgeting, capital expenditure control, financial analysis, accounts receivable, cash and inventory management, reconciliations, audit compliance, tax and regulatory adherence, and communication with ownership and corporate leadership. The role also manages the finance department, develops staff, coordinates labor management, and supports operational efficiency during the hotel’s renovation and transformation.

Directs human resources operations across assigned hotels and transition properties. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, payroll, associate relations, labor relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, and onboarding. Provides HR guidance to hotel leadership and associates, manages union contracts and grievances, supports hotel transitions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role requires extensive travel, up to 100% of the time.
