Provides Tier II, hands-on IT support for a 50-person Oxford office and the company’s global workforce. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365 services, networking, mobile devices, meeting-room technology, security, and business applications. The role manages onboarding and offboarding equipment, escalated incidents, documentation, vendors, repairs, technology deployments, and office projects. It also participates in on-call support and collaborates with global infrastructure, security, applications, and networking teams.

Provides first-line, in-person and remote IT support for local and global employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365 applications, accounts, VPN, wireless, printers, meeting-room technology, and peripherals; managing tickets and IT assets; preparing equipment for onboarding and offboarding; documenting solutions; supporting deployments; and escalating complex issues. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organisation, and willingness to learn.
