Use automated tools and manual methods (screen readers, keyboard navigation) to identify barriers, produce test plans and audit reports, validate remediations, consult with design/dev teams, and support accessibility training and early design reviews.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components; collaborate with stakeholders; support integrations, data migrations, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and documentation while following best practices.

Write, edit, and manage federal/state/local/utility proposals (RFPs, RFIs, Task Orders, PowerPoints). Ensure compliance, one-voice tone, coordinate SMEs and capture managers, maintain technical library, and manage smaller proposal efforts under multiple deadlines.

Lead planning and execution of facility enhancements and electrification projects. Manage design and construction contracts, ensure projects meet production and safety standards, evaluate cost estimates and schedules, and coordinate stakeholders for new construction and system rehabilitation across the transit system.
