Build and maintain referral relationships with opticians, GPs, referral centres, LOCs, and community stakeholders across North West London and Surrey. Promote ophthalmology services, drive referral volumes, support business targets, monitor local market activity, and coordinate with marketing and joint venture partners. Plan and attend CPD sessions, optical fairs, seminars, and other engagement events while representing Newmedica throughout the community.

Supports the full HR administration service, including recruitment coordination, screening calls, candidate communications, employee records, inductions, mandatory training, payroll support, pre-employment checks, and routine HR processes. Maintains accurate HRIS data and monitors clinical registrations. The role requires strong organisation, accuracy, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and experience in HR within healthcare or another regulated industry.
