Manages sales order processing, invoicing, distributor communications, pricing, inventory records, logistics coordination, and fulfillment through 3PLs and carriers. Maintains Business Central data, supports reconciliations, financial documentation, exports, audits, SOPs, and process improvements. Coordinates with suppliers, warehouses, distributors, internal teams, and customs partners while troubleshooting order and inventory discrepancies and supporting cross-functional system projects.

Lead brand marketing for assigned Italian wine labels: develop strategy, pricing, product mix, and promotions; manage communications, events, agency partners, and import winery relationships; track budgets, prepare business reviews, and support operations including item setups and compliance.
