Support development of a case law database by analyzing and summarizing CAS and other decisions, monitor potential analytical and whereabouts violations, conduct legal research, draft correspondence and reports, and assist with data collection and training materials for Results Management.

Design and execute manual and automated test suites for complex web and mobile applications, maintain test strategy and documentation, perform regression and release verification, investigate issues, increase test coverage and automation, and mentor junior QA staff within an agile SDLC.

Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to the Director and regional team. Manage office operations, SharePoint and finance/admin matters, coordinate events and stakeholder communications, organize travel, and support projects to advance WADA's Asia/Oceania priorities.

Provide administrative, logistical and operational support to the Compliance, Rules and Standards team: coordinate travel and meetings, manage inboxes, format and draft documents and official correspondence, prepare annual document packages, process invoicing and per diems, assist with Concur reconciliation, maintain SharePoint and signatory lists, liaise with Communications, and support cross-department onboarding and event logistics.

Develop, implement and support REST API features and integrations with external stakeholders; document and demonstrate integration procedures; gather and prioritize stakeholder requests with architects and product teams; assess application security, perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, and advise on secure software design and monitoring.
