Leads the organization’s technology function, including strategy, roadmap development, governance, cybersecurity, data and application management, service delivery, vendor oversight, budgeting, continuity planning, and staff leadership. The role manages outsourced IT providers, coordinates modernization and cross-functional initiatives, ensures operational performance and risk controls, and advises executives on technology investments, priorities, and risks.

Leads the Finance unit by overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, audits, reconciliations, internal controls, cash flow analysis, policy development, and risk management. Manages accounting system implementation and process improvements while advising senior leadership and the Board. Recruits, mentors, and evaluates Finance staff, supports succession planning, and ensures accurate, timely financial activities and compliance with accounting requirements.
