Serve as primary client contact to manage relationships, intake orders, prepare quotes, process estimates and sales orders, support invoicing, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate traffic control services while ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable: process vendor invoices, POs, disbursements, bank and vendor reconciliations, government remittances, and corporate card payments. Produce A/P aging and KPI reports, handle vendor communications and escalations, maintain records, and recommend process improvements and automation. Drive new business and organic revenue growth for Northern BC by identifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, building client relationships, and closing deals. Mostly field-based with regional travel and collaboration across stakeholders to execute sales strategies and cross-sell services.

Support financial operations by maintaining and reconciling records, processing transactions (AP/AR/payroll), preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing expenses, supporting audits and tax compliance, and using accounting software to improve processes.

Drive revenue growth across Washington and Oregon by developing new business, managing key accounts, preparing proposals and contracts, collaborating with operations to ensure service delivery, maintaining CRM records, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage accounts receivable across multiple companies: invoice issuance, payment application, reconciliations, collections, dispute resolution, reporting, daily cash receipts and bank deposits, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues.

Process and issue payroll, calculate wages and deductions, reconcile discrepancies, maintain payroll and leave records, support employees on payroll matters, and assist with HRIS implementation and testing to ensure compliance with regulations.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with sourcing, screening, reference checks, recruitment admin, and candidate communication. Maintain onboarding materials, ensure compliance, attend hiring events, and support a positive candidate experience.

Provide HR and labour relations support including workplace investigations, grievance administration, employee relations, and full-cycle recruitment. Advise managers, maintain HR records, ensure compliance with collective agreements and legislation, and support onboarding and HR programs across Canadian and US entities.

Create and organize daily dispatches, enter and track job requests in scheduling software, coordinate equipment and TMPs with clients and rentals, place employees into jobs, manage absences and time-off, support after-hours dispatchers, and maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and Area Managers to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
