Maintain and support enterprise servers, storage, virtualization (VMware, Azure), networks and communication systems. Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, manage backups and disaster recovery, optimize infrastructure performance, execute upgrades, ensure security/compliance, collaborate with site teams on projects, and maintain documentation while following site safety policies.

Lead and optimize site metallurgical strategy and gold recovery processes across feasibility, commissioning, and operations. Lead Indigenous employment strategy for the Musselwhite Mine by building relationships with Indigenous communities, developing talent pipelines and workforce programs (Musselwhite Academy), supporting recruitment/onboarding, tracking employment and contractor metrics, and coordinating stakeholder communications to increase Indigenous participation and retention.
