Manage the full grant lifecycle: identify opportunities, prepare proposals and reports, ensure compliance, coordinate cross-departmental grant teams, track funding and reimbursements, and maintain grant documentation.

The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll accounting, grant compliance, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, monitors grant expenditures, supports revenue cycle performance, provides financial analysis for decision-making, and supervises finance staff. A bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible accounting experience are required. Healthcare, nonprofit, grant management, audit coordination, CPA status, and supervisory experience are preferred.
