Leads People Operations strategy, compliance, payroll, benefits, leave administration, HR systems, employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and organizational change. Partners with the Senior Director of People & Culture, mentors HR staff, manages vendors and EOR partners, oversees BambooHR and related systems, and promotes an inclusive employee experience across a distributed global workforce.

Administer U.S. benefits, leave, time-off, workers’ compensation, and related payroll processes. Manage benefits enrollment, vendor relationships, audits, invoices, compliance, employee communications, and BambooHR configurations. Coordinate international benefits and leave with employer-of-record partners, support payroll quality assurance, maintain documentation and SOPs, and implement process improvements. The role requires confidential handling of employee information and collaboration with employees, managers, vendors, Finance, Payroll, and People Systems teams.

Lead a team overseeing assurance provider performance across Textile Exchange standards. Develop oversight and monitoring strategies, track corrective actions, manage incidents/complaints, collaborate on data and traceability, and drive training and continuous improvement to ensure credibility and transparency of the assurance system.
