Serve as the on-site HR partner for Satellogic9s Uruguay production site, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Provide employee relations, performance management, compliance with Uruguayan labor law, HR operations, learning coordination, and local delivery of global People programs while partnering with production leadership to build capability and a positive culture.

Develop and maintain flight and ground station software for satellite communications subsystems. Design and validate constrained-hardware platform applications, improve test coverage and documentation, contribute to architecture and peer reviews, and provide expert support to satellite operations.

Lead architecture and implementation of cloud-native and on-prem image processing development pipelines. Design and govern the SDLC, build CI/CD and automated testing, optimize delivery velocity, mentor engineers, and develop core platform components to support scalable scientific workflows.

Lead integration, verification, and validation of optomechanical payloads and subsystems. Plan and execute environmental and functional tests (TVAC, vibration), perform root-cause analysis, document test results and NCRs, drive design-for-manufacturing, create SOPs and MGSE/EGSE, and support continuous improvement between R&D and production.
