Lead end-to-end client engagements for high-stakes cybersecurity incidents, overseeing digital forensics, incident response, and post-breach remediation. Serve as primary C-suite contact, translate technical risk into business strategy, supervise technical teams, ensure quality and legal integrity of investigations, and identify business development opportunities.

Lead bilingual (English/Dutch) incident response and recovery engagements: perform live response, triage, containment, rebuilds and restoration of systems, networks and applications. Troubleshoot AD, virtualization, networking and security controls; mentor junior consultants; manage client relationships, reporting and travel to engagements.

Coordinate scoping, quoting, contracting, and execution for cybersecurity engagements. Serve as primary liaison among clients, partners, and technical teams, support pre-engagement estimation, contribute to Statements of Work, document/report activities, and provide rotating after-hours on-call support during incidents.

Lead complex DFIR investigations: collect forensic disk/memory images, perform host/network/malware analysis, hunt threats, correlate events and build timelines, produce reports, advise remediation, and respond on-call with up to 50% travel on short notice.

Lead bilingual (English/German) incident response and recovery engagements: live response, triage, containment, remediation and system/network rebuilds. Provide hands-on Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows, NAS/SAN and firewall troubleshooting, network traffic analysis, client reporting, mentorship and tool selection. Travel frequently for client engagements and act as a technical leader and consultant to ensure rapid, high-quality recovery.

Perform DFIR engagements: collect forensic disk and memory images, analyze host and appliance logs, triage Windows and Unix systems, identify IOCs, build timelines, support malware analysis, apply mitigation/remediation, participate in on-call rotations, and travel for short-notice deployments.

Lead and grow strategic cybersecurity alliances by managing executive relationships, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, executing joint go-to-market initiatives, coordinating events and thought leadership, identifying new partnership opportunities, and collaborating with internal incident response, forensics, sales, and executive teams to position CYPFER as the preferred cyber incident response partner.

Engage clients, insurers, and legal teams, maintain incident notes/reports, and remain on a rotating on-call schedule with travel for deployments.

Manage end-to-end cybersecurity incident response engagements for German-speaking clients: enforce and evolve processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, own budgets/schedules/scope, report on metrics, and deliver final reports. Serve as client-facing escalation point, lead onsite teams when needed, and support QA, proposals, and SOWs. Must understand incident response, forensics, IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and remediation.

Respond to ransomware and cyber incidents: collect forensic disk/memory images, triage Windows/Unix systems, analyze logs and artifacts for IOCs, perform malware and threat research, build timelines, apply remediation, and support clients and partners during deployments.
