Leads the accounting function, including journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, general ledger integrity, month-end and year-end close, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. The remote role includes on-call participation and short-notice travel for critical client engagements.

Manage multiple cybersecurity client engagements from initiation through delivery, overseeing scope, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Lead cross-functional technical teams, coordinate incident response and breach remediation projects, manage escalations, support statements of work, and ensure quality of final deliverables. The role requires strong client and partner relationships, cybersecurity and IT knowledge, technical writing, Agile Kanban familiarity, leadership, and willingness to provide onsite support during 24/7 incidents with frequent travel.

Lead bilingual (English/German) incident response and recovery engagements: live response, triage, containment, remediation and system/network rebuilds. Provide hands-on Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows, NAS/SAN and firewall troubleshooting, network traffic analysis, client reporting, mentorship and tool selection. Travel frequently for client engagements and act as a technical leader and consultant to ensure rapid, high-quality recovery.

Lead complex DFIR investigations: collect forensic disk/memory images, perform host/network/malware analysis, hunt threats, correlate events and build timelines, produce reports, advise remediation, and respond on-call with up to 50% travel on short notice.

Lead and grow strategic cybersecurity alliances by managing executive relationships, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, executing joint go-to-market initiatives, coordinating events and thought leadership, identifying new partnership opportunities, and collaborating with internal incident response, forensics, sales, and executive teams to position CYPFER as the preferred cyber incident response partner.

Perform digital forensics and incident response engagements: collect disk and memory images, analyze host and appliance logs, triage Windows/Unix systems, identify IOCs, build timelines, apply mitigation strategies, and support malware analysis. Engage clients, insurers, and legal teams, maintain incident notes/reports, and remain on a rotating on-call schedule with travel for deployments.

Lead end-to-end client engagements for high-stakes cybersecurity incidents, overseeing digital forensics, incident response, and post-breach remediation. Serve as primary C-suite contact, translate technical risk into business strategy, supervise technical teams, ensure quality and legal integrity of investigations, and identify business development opportunities.
