Own RTL-to-GDSII physical implementation for complex ASIC block-level designs, maintain and improve EDA tool flows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timing closure, power-management, DRC/LVS/ERC/DFM signoff, and stay current with advanced ASIC implementation methodologies.

Own production cost and quality for mixed-signal full-custom ASIC products from sampling to volume production. Work with foundries and OSATs, drive yield improvement (SPC), support testing (analogue/digital, ATE/bench), and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure successful production and qualification.

Lead and deliver multi-disciplinary ASIC development programmes from specification through tapeout/production. Plan, scope, allocate resources, manage schedule, risks, budgets and stakeholder communication. Track tasks, finances and quality, chair reviews, ensure ISO9001:2015 QMS alignment, and release customer deliverables while motivating cross-functional engineering teams.

Plan and maintain production schedules, capacity and material tracking for outsourced assembly and test. Coordinate S&OP, release purchase orders and build instructions, monitor WIP and inventory, support NPI ramp-ups, prepare shipping and customs documentation, track KPIs (OTD, capacity allocation), and liaise with suppliers to resolve shortages and schedule changes.

Manage customer orders and backlog, coordinate trade show/event preparations, support lead handling and sales operations processes, assist reporting and Sales VP, and help implement systems and data capture for Sales Operations.

Lead verification engineer responsible for defining verification strategy, architecting and developing test environments, driving advanced techniques (constrained random, coverage-driven, assertions, formal), monitoring metrics, mentoring teams, and managing customer relationships to deliver verification projects.
